Intellectual Property & Trade Marks
Trade mark searches and clearance, UK, EU and international filings, and opposition proceedings before the UK Intellectual Property Office. Brand protection strategy and licensing.
Commercial Property
Review of commercial leases, underleases, surrenders and heads of terms for tenants, buyers and investors. Where completion or registration work is required, we coordinate with a conveyancing firm.
Cross-border & Turkiye
Advice to investors and businesses moving between the UK and Turkiye, working with local counsel in Turkiye. Due diligence support and coordination of multi-jurisdiction transactions.
Legal Translation
Turkish to English and English to Turkish legal translation by a sworn translator: contracts, court documents, corporate records and personal documents, with certification where required.
Business Immigration (through our partner firm)
UK immigration advice and services are regulated, and we do not provide them in our own name. For sponsor licence and business immigration matters we work with Bond Adams LLP, which is authorised and regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority. Bond Adams LLP handles and is responsible for the regulated immigration work, and we support clients with Turkish-language communication and the business side of the matter.
UK and Turkiye
We work between the UK and Turkiye, with clients and counsel in both countries.
